Nick Muller Director / senior orthotist
Nick is a dedicated professional with a robust background in orthotics and a passion for enhancing patient care.
Following his graduation from La Trobe University in 2010, Nick gained experience in Perth, where he worked for five years across both the public and private sectors. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of various practices and approaches in Orthotic management.
In 2015, Nick returned home to the Mornington Peninsula and founded Peninsula Orthotics. His practice focuses on delivering specialised care with a particular interest in paediatric and scoliosis management, sports injuries and fracture management.
With a commitment to excellence and a personalised approach, Nick strives to make a positive impact on every patient’s journey to recovery and improved well-being.
Emily Shurdington orthotist / prosthetist
Emily joined the Peninsula Orthotics team in September 2026.
She graduated with a Bachelor in Prosthetics and Orthotics from University of the Sunshine Coast in 2020. Emily has since gained diverse clinical experience working with orthotic clients, across the public and private sectors in Victoria and Western Australia.
She has a background in providing orthotic care to a diverse range of paediatric clients working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Emily is committed to delivering exceptional care and values building authentic relationships with her clients, to ensure a supportive and effective treatment experience.
